Our workshop is in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Right outside of Knoxville. We're about 3 hours from both Nashville and atlanta.
Of course! You can either fill out our form on our commissions page, or send us an email at lazycatrefurbishing@gmail.com. Please include your project's measurements, a couple pictures, and a general idea of what you're looking for! We're usually pretty quick - we'll get back to you within 4-8 business hours.
Yes! We ship to all lower 48 states. Currently, we can personally deliver anywhere within 100 miles of our workshop. Any further than that, and we use trusted third-party shipping. We kindly ask that you contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase if you're more than 100 miles from us.

We are a family full of lazy cats (and dogs)! We have 4 cats and 2 dogs - and yes, they are all very lazy. Follow us on social Media and you'll get to meet them!
We take just about any form of payment. Cash, Zelle, Debit/Credit, Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp - just about anything except checks.
we require a 75% deposit for commission work, due once your piece is in our hands.
We generally do not offer refunds, except in rare cases. If you feel as though you are entitled to one, you are free to ask.
While this is extremely rare (it has never happened to us) - we cover the cost of shipping insurance for every piece we ship for your peace of mind.
