Welcome to Lazy Cat Refurbishing! By using our services or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Lazy Cat Refurbishing provides furniture refinishing, refurbishing, and related services. Each project is unique, and details will be confirmed in a written estimate or service agreement before work begins.

2. Quotes & Payments

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final costs may vary if additional work or materials are needed, but we do our absolute best to avoid changing the final price.
We require a 75% deposit of the quoted price for all commissions at the time of pick-up/drop-off of your piece prior to refinishing.
Full payment is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept nearly any form of payment. PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, credit/debit, and cash/checks are all acceptable.

3. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change your project, please let us know as soon as possible.
Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been purchased or work has begun.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Please provide accurate information about your furniture and any special requests.
If drop-off or pick-up is required, customers are responsible for safe transport unless otherwise arranged.

5. Warranties & Limitations

We take pride in our craftsmanship, but natural variations in wood, finishes, and refurbished materials are part of the process. We will do our best to communicate any potential difference in outcome if something unforeseen arises when refinishing your piece.
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage during or after delivery.

6. Website Use

Content on our website (text, photos, designs) belongs to Lazy Cat Refurbishing and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We do our best to keep information accurate, but we can’t guarantee it’s always error-free.
