Refund Policy

At Lazy Cat Refurbishing, we take pride in the quality of our work and want you to love your refinished pieces. Because each project is custom and completed to your specifications, we generally do not offer refunds.  However, you may ask if you believe you are entitled to one.  We do our best to be reasonable and understanding.

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your completed piece.

  2. Provide clear photos or other documentation showing the issue.

  3. We will review your claim. If approved, we will first offer to correct or repair the issue at no additional cost.

  4. If the problem cannot be corrected, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

Refunds or repairs will never be granted for:

  • Changes of mind after work has been completed.

  • Natural variations in wood, finish, or materials that are part of the refinishing process.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage that occurs during or after delivery.
